School Council

The School Council are a group of pupils at Parkwood Academy who are elected through a democratic process of presentations and voting. Councillors are elected by their fellow pupils to represent their opinions and raise issues with the Headteacher and key members of the school. They meet fortnightly with Miss Newman and work collaboratively to take forward projects on behalf of the pupils and be involved in planning and improving the school environment.
